Alex Trebek suffered a minor heart attack and was hospitalized in L.A. yesterday. But have no fear. Trebek’s medical condition hasn’t put his game show in Jeopardy! “Entertainment Tonight” reported that a “Jeopardy!” official confirmed the heart attack and said the Canadian-born Trebek was “resting comfortably in a Los Angeles hospital, and plans to resume taping “Jeopardy!” in January.” The 67-year-old host, born Giorgi Suka-Alex Trebek, presides over one of the longest running game shows on U.S. television.
Thank God! I'm a HUGE Jeoparhead (a term I just coined) & I'd be totally lost without the show. Not to mention Trebek's oh-so-subtle demeaning of the contestants. Get well soon Alex!
